From the planning stage through completion 4C Developments seemed to take what could have been an otherwise overwhelming project and guided us through the process resulting in a home we feel perfectly fits the needs of our family. Renovating your home for the first time is daunting for most, especially when on a large scale. We invested a lot of time researching a number of builders and it wasn't difficult to choose James & Steve. We needed a project manager that understood what we were aiming to achieve. They helped us understand the whole process, so we knew what was required and when.
The team were brilliant - very friendly and easy to work with - very important when you are not sure what is required etc. The final quality of the renovation was exceptional - we have had so many comments on the high standard of the finishing. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, and if we should decide to renovate another property would definitely use them again.
4C Developments did a thoroughly professional job for me at every stage of the build. Their project management was excellent and they kept me well briefed on issues as they arose. They worked very well as a team with me and the architect to find solutions to problems as they arose and explore the potential to improve on the original design and specification. They quickly got to grips with the high standards of finish I was expecting and were meticulous in making sure I was satisfied. I sold the house on completion and the ease of the sale was in no small part due to their clear pride in their work and their ability to do an excellent job.
